Exclamation Monster Hunter 4 gets new trailer, slated for spring 2013 release in Japan

Revealed during a 'Game Jam' event in Japan.

Capcom's Monster Hunter next installment for the Nintendo 3DS will release next year in Japan.
A new trailer was released showcasing the game graphics and some new monsters.

It looks like Capcom's upcoming Monster Hunter 4 will be releasing next spring (2013) in Japan.

As you may know, the game was first announced last year during a Nintendo press conference in Japan, and will launch exclusively on the 3DS.

A new trailer was released, and gives us a new look at the game:

According to Famitsu.com's summary, the trailer began by showing hunters gathering in what appeared to be a monster nest. A monster that looked like Rathian came swooping down from the sky, breathing fire.

The trailer continued with what looked like a new field -- a vast golden plain. As the hunters ran around the field, Famitsu's reporters spotted, as one would expect, Felynes following them.

Then, a new monster, which looked a bit like a fox, but whose movements were swift like a monkey. Standout features for the new monster appear to be big ears and claws.

Other monsters included Tigrex and Rathalos. Hunters were shown facing off against these beasts with new actions: one hunter jumping off a cliff into an attack, another attacking by climbing up a monster's back.

Before coming to a close with the Spring 2013 time frame, the trailer showed a silhouette of another new monster, this one large, and apparently swift.
Here are some screens grabbed from the trailer:

Not sure about nail in the coffin, but any good news for the 3DS is bad news for the Vita at this time and this news is pretty big.

This game will probably push at least 250K systems in Japan, I know it's been a long time since the term "system seller" has been in fashion but it still holds true for this game in Japan.

First MH 3G, now MH 4. Looks like Capcom has written off MH reaching any parts outside of Japan. I bet they'll have some sweet looking bundles in time for the updated bigger 3DS too.

[My links are not selling counterfeit products, and link to a genuine lawfirm, if people can make use of it, more the better. I have never spammed or flooded my posts with my "message". NEVER a single time. With all due respect, I hope you realise it takes all kinds to make this community. Some of us are schoolkids who link to manga websites, others have our own businesses who may link to it. Not all fingers are the same, and not everyone spams. Sincerely].
