The JXD S5100 by Chinese company Jin Xing, features a 5 inch screen, runs on Android 2.3.4 and will cost about $75 to $110
Chinese company Jin Xing has announced a handheld system, called the JXD S5100.
This one will carry an ARM A9 processor with 512MB of RAM, a Power VR GPU, a 5 inch 800x480 resolution screen, 4GB of flash memory, and HDMI out capabilities. It runs on Android 2.3.4.

And yes, apparently, the Jin Xing is marketing it as a PMP that "can compete with the 3DS XL", but actually it looks more like the controller for the Wii U than a 3DS (of course, it lacks a second screen and 3D capabilities).
