Apps that match criteria have already been moved there



Apple has finally deployed the new category on the App store to better classification of related apps

No, the new "Food & Drink" category will not allow you to download some juicy pizzas or some cool beer for dinner (yet) but at least will host tons of apps related such as interactive recipes, restaurant guides and stuff like that.

According to MacRumors:

The new category is now live in the App Store [Link] and features over 2800 Paid and 4000 Free apps in the iPhone section and over 1200 Paid and 1000 Free apps in the iPad section. Apple has been contacting developers with relevant Food & Drink apps over the past few weeks to prepare for the new category.
