Battery replacement for 3DS gives the handheld double life time

This nice battery replacement for the Nintendo 3DS by 'GameTech' extends the device battery life for more than double.

Yes, we all know the 1,300mAh included battery in the Nintendo 3DS isn't that great.

That's why japanese company GameTech has announced a new "Mega Battery Pack 3D" replacement for the 3DS, which extends the device life more than double (2,850mAh).

It increases the device weight only 23g and makes it about 4mm thicker, but, of course, its still compatible with the Circle Pad Pro.

This one is available in Japan for 3,360 yen and comes in different colors (Black/Blue/Red/Pink/White/Deep Blue).

Sadly, there's no word if this kind of battery will be available outside of Japan.

the nyko one doesnt work with the cpp because nyko want you to buy their cpp with built in battery instead.

and if i remember correctly the nyko one is a lower capacity too
