Exclamation Street Fighter X Tekken Vita European release date revealed

Four days before the US release date

Street Fighter X Tekken Vita will arrive to Europe on October 19.

The European version of Street Fighter X Tekken will finally arrive to Playstation Vita on October 19, that's four days before the US release date of the same game.

55 playable characters are waiting us in Street Fighter X Tekken Vita, 38 from the console version, the 5 PS3 exclusive characters and 12 new characters for this version of the game. The full PR with more details below:

Street Fighter X Tekken Vita will deliver all the content from the home console version plus exclusive new features when it launches across Europe on October 19, 2012. These PS Vita exclusive features include:

    · Augmented Reality: Pose and take pictures of your favourite characters, and then place them in real life photos.

    · Front and Rear Touch Panels: Create the size and positioning of extra buttons on the front and rear touch panels, and customise these with different moves. Also, menus now work with the touch screen.

    · Near: Customise the costumes of your characters, and share them with other Vita owners that pass by. Collect other players' custom costumes.

    · KO Monument: Collect trophies from the players you beat and build the ultimate KO monument.

Street Fighter x Tekken Vita will deliver a total of 55 playable characters. In addition to the core roster of 38 characters from the console version and the five exclusive characters from the PS3 version, the PS Vita version will arrive with a free download code for the 12 new playable characters: Blanka, Cody, Dudley, Elena, Guy and Sakura from the Street Fighter™ side, and Alisa Bosconovitch, Bryan Fury, Christie Monteiro, Jack-X, Lars Alexandersson and Lei Wulong from the Tekken™ side.

wow, i'd better rush out and buy street fighter x tekken for my 3ds if it was good, it seems i missed it.

    oh wait....

capcom missed it too since it isnt coming out on nintendo platforms, guess they arent rip off friendly enough.

Q: You’re bringing Street Fighter X Tekken to PS3, Xbox 360, PlayStation Vita, and now PC. Super Street Fighter IV came out on 3DS, so clearly Capcom knows how to create a fighting game on the Nintendo handheld. Is there a reason you’ve not announced a 3DS version? Or a Wii U version, for that matter?

A: There isn’t any reason in particular actually.

we now know the Xbox One's game licensing policy was written from the ground up for companies. It's aggressively anti-consumer and anti-middle class, and it outright ignores underprivileged gamers. It's gross, despicable, greedy, pathetic, cowardly and out of touch with a growing global resentment for corporations. - Polygon 7th June 2013
