    Konami has confirmed that Winning Eleven 2013 will arrive on October 4 to Japan.

    Konami has just announced that Winning Eleven 2013 will be released on October 4 for Playstation 3 in Japan. This year, the game's image character will be again Shinji Kagawa.

    Even new version 2013, is worse then fifa 2012.
