Assassin’s Creed III for PS3 to feature '60 minutes of exclusive gameplay'

Seems that the PlayStation 3 version of Assassin’s Creed III will include '60 minutes of exclusive gameplay', as seen in its updated box art...

According to the updated game boxart shown at Amazon UK, the PlayStation 3 version of Assassin’s Creed III will include an hour of exclusive gameplay, and labels the game as “PS3 Exclusive Edition.”

Additionally, as announced during the Sony E3 press conference, they will also release PS3 exclusive AC3 DLC, which will be available at launch in late October, AND, an PS3 bundle, which is set to include a special console and a copy of the game.

An Ubi rep said:

"At E3 2012, Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed III will feature exclusive content on the PlayStation 3. We will have more information on what is included in this content at a later date.”

The game is scheduled to be released on October 30 in NA and October 31 in Europe.

i've seen elsewhere people saying that the extra 60 mins is just the additional install time thanks to the "power" of blu ray.

LOL..I read that they licensed "pong" too, so PS3 can have memory and power to run the installer at the same time. It wont save any highscore, because the BR disc is read only. but there was a little surprise. It will be ANOTHER HD remake on PS3. Pong will infact run at 1920x1080 in whopping 4 colors! Twice as many colors as the original. I nearly shitted in my pants when i read that, but i couldnt stop the piss.
