Sony has finally confirmed the final release date for the awaited Nasne in Japan.

Sony has just announced that the final release date for the awaited Nasne (the successor to PS3's Torne DVR kit) will be August 30. The new device will also receive a firmware update to version 1.50 on August 30.

Nasne was previously scheduled for release on July 19, but it was delayed due to shipping damage to the hard drives in some units.
