Exclamation Sony Patents a new gaming Peripheral

Looks very similar to the Nintendo Wii U GamePad Zapper

Thie new Sony patent is very similar to a tech demo at E3 2011 that Nintendo displayed!

A recent patent suggests that Sony is developing a peripheral for the PlayStation Move that looks very similar to the Wii U GamePad Zapper, which first appeared during E3 2011’s Wii U announcement trailer. A secondary screen can be attached to the peripheral, allowing it to mimic the Wii U GamePad’s connectivity to the television screen.

You know its weird but I traded the controller that came with my 20GB PS3 in on the new one that had vibration and to this day I have not used that sixaxis function what so ever... Wait thats a slight lie, I tried it out for like 20 seconds in Multiman just because it sounded so weird. It worked but it was so crap that I turned it off.

If your going to copy anyone, you have to do it at least competent and it should be cheaper than the original... That's how Japan did TV's and conquered that market. Cheaper AND reasonable quality.

copy nintendo?? you do know if anything then if were talking about copying, nintendo took this idea from arcade machines back in the 90's, and to be honest done poorly, having to hold the wii u tablet in front of you, ohhh my unless that thing is like a feather i can see plenty of people getting dead arms having to hold that in one arm, also wonder how nintendo plan to support that thing.

i mean WOW that looks really secure i see it falling off if you move too quick, i prefare sonys concept because its like a gun, you hold with both arms and the screen from the concept looks to be attached onto the gun.

just love the nintendo fanboys, its allways they copy nintendo WHAA WHAAA WHAA, when hello nintendo arent the first to do this are they TA DA theyve just copied off someone else but as usual do a p1ss poor job of it

lets see how much the wii u pad resembles the vita, which erm remote play is basically the same concept that nintendo have copied, when they say you can watch tv but carry on playing on the wii u controller... ohhh but im sure if furutre PS3/4 games were to implement VITA functions while playing a game on the big screen would by copying nintendo, like feck, more like improving the feature that they already had before the feckin wii u came.

as for six axsis, erm yea that feature sucked and guess what, nintendo have implemented 3 axsis into the wii u pad, ohh but youll love that wont you PMFSL
