Is this a 'Kinect 2' leaked image?

A Twitter user posted what is claimed to be a sample from Kinect 2 running on a 'Durango' dev kit. Various sources indicate this is pretty much real.

An image that allegedly shows off Kinect 2 was posted by Twitter user 'DaE', the same person who also posted images of the purported Xbox 'Durango' dev kit, which were confirmed legitimate.

The image shows two users interacting with Kinect and what appears to be an increased amount of depth and movement data.

A source close to website The Verge said this is a genuine test sample.

The Microsoft's leaked Xbox 720 document also promised that 'Kinect 2' will feature higher accuracy, stereo imaging, improved voice recognition, and support for four-player tracking. It could also support accessories that interact with the sensor for games such as darts and baseball.

Let's hope all those features also end up to be real.

Could be a windows Kinect, that is a lot more powerful than the 360 version and is more like the un-gimped version that was originally designed with on board hardware and not held back by USB1 bandwidth in terms of resolution.
