MaxConsole Forum Themes

After alot of work, and hiring of graphics coder experienced with Vbulletin.

The MaxConsole forum finally has two new themes.

When you are in the mainstream forums, it matches the front page news, nice and white and blue.

Whe you are in the underground forums, it again matches the the front page, nice and yellow and dark.

You can also select the 'default theme' you wish for the other sections at the bottom of the page.

If you see any graphics problems with it, please post it in this thread.
