I may be wrong, but i thought only one U-pad could be connected to the wiiU at any one time.

originally yes, but because of requests they added the option of a second, however nothing around launch uses a second gamepad so its not likely to ship with an additional unit, the main reason being that driving two gamepads causes the gamepads framerate to halve to 30fps (although the main screen remains at 60fps)

no, two can be, but its screens frame rate is cut, and thats it, if you was to play a multiplayer game with 4 people, then theyd have to use this wiimote or something else, which is kinda turd because nintendo claim this ifad controller to be a new innovation to playing games, so the other people are going to be sh1t out.

or if im wrong, when nintendo said with the wii its about family gaming etc, and now the wii u wont offer this kind of gaming is rather turd, lets all play together ohh wait we cant anymore thanks to this forced ifad, the system cant handle more than two at the same time.
