Media, burner and game compatibility

ive found that my pioneer 111bk and bulk pack +2.4x have worked with every game ive copied no problems, ive got Ri Discs today hope theyre jsut as good.

and just tried a verb at x1,no go.
It MUST be combination of OPA 2.1 and the NEC4551A burner.

Had a similer problem with my 47d, whats yours flashed with? mine was xtreme but have reflased with birdy's and all now 100% on direct boot.

Ive only seen DVD DLs that are +'s

i once thought -r dl discs would infact work but I got confirmation shortly after that where someone said they don't work. I wouldn't pick up any of those discs though until confirmed otherwise because this was before the fw that bypassed discs that weren't set to booktype -rom

Both me and a friend have the pioneer 111D. We've both tried the Aone and RiDisk DL discs with major problems. The main problem is the writers getting to 50% (or the second layer) and it failing. Out of 10 Aone discs I only got 1 succesful write. We tried 4 RiDisc and all failed. Using Imgburn and Clone CD, have none of these problems with verbatims, all work 100%. Don't understand how others are not having problems with these discs.

aone media failed at 50% for me on a my nec 3540a. I use bulkpaq media now extremely cheap and every burn works perfectly.

I have the exact burner and I have also used RiDisc and never had a problem, try only using Xbox Backup Creator, that is the only program i use (to ripp/burn orrigionals) and ive never had a problem.

I use Clone CD to copy copies and again ive never had any problems.
