    heres some notes i made call it PROPER VCC METHOD a supplementary just think of this when you follow some lame brain tutorial ms28 and ms25 tested myself


    first type the command in dos mtkflash r /m orig.bin STOP THERE, then push power on the xbox360 then wait 2 seconds, then press enter on your keyboard to IDENTIFY the drive, STOP THERE, turn off your xbox360 then its enter the drive number, DO THAT, wait 10 seconds, then press power on your xbox360, and now you have your original firmware. (the correct vcc method)

    hello

    i bought my 360 three days back i need to run backups on my 360. So how do i do it? Shall i use the Xecuter Blaster or some other method??? Pls help me!!!

    Hi, iv read the tutorial...but im wondering how to know my chipset? I dont got any documenteation/serial number about my pc, how can i know it?

    Btw my friend got an Intel 915PSY chipset, could someone say me if its compatible? I dont wanna mess up my drive..

    PS: And im lil bit noob on xbox360...i dont get the stuff with the ms28 and ms25 and all...how can i know that version? Or is it only for the HITACHI that its important? I have a samsung...

    only a via sata chipset is compatible with the toshiba ms28 drive, when you open your xbox up you will see a label on the dvd drive just READ if you have a hitachi well you have to just try but there are a few brands of pci to sata cards that work with the hitachi and toshiba drives
