try to make sure its a nice looking unit with a nice clean warranty sticker on it.last one i sent was an e74,i switched the drive to a crappy old sammy and the warranty i put on was just a tad bit tatty (you could basicly tell it was a warranty vioded unit) after all they aint thick.unfortunately it was sent back with a nice letter saying it was a tampered unit.no sweat,it was not mine.but,i can only say what happened in that instance,before they were all accepted and i have sent like 6 units in so far for myself and others.

.. So they transferred me to their dispute center I stated my claim and was told that they would look into the matter... 32 days later I get a call from M$ saying that my console can not be repaired so I told them to send it back to me. He said OK gave me a new tracking number. A week later (36 days) waiting for ups to bring it so I can install the Xclamp. 
.. 5pm, 6pm, 8pm NO UPS. I checked the tracking No status update..
Called M$ they said it was shipped out ask them to check the tracking they transferred me to the dispute AGAIN told them what happen he said he'll look in to the matter 
. 4 days later (44days) Get a call from M$ 360 was finally shipped and receives (47days Total). Installed my Xclamp now I’m good to go...
