So, Purolator stopped by today, but I was at work, so I didn't get my 360. Thing is, on the support page, it says they're still waiting to receive it, but yet I got a card today saying it's back. Did they repair it, return it unfixed (which is what I was expecting anyway), or send a refurb? They received the broken one on the 15th, and shipped one out to me on the 16th. Guess I'll have to phone and find out what's going on.
EDIT: So after calling Xbox support, the guy I spoke to said that they exchanged my broken 360 for a new unit (I'm assuming refurb). So I guess tomorrow I'll see what I actually got. I haven't played in well over a month, so I can't wait to play after work.
EDIT #2: Just checked the support site. Serial number stayed the same and says out of warranty and no pending repair. Guess the guy on the phone was full of crap. Plus, I have to wait until Thursday to get it back to find out for sure. If they sent me a different one, wouldn't my warranty and serial number have changed?
