Hi, i made another version of your Background for me. But now there are so many white pixels and i cant get them away. gan you tell me why? The white pixels are mostly on "Siedlungsshow", "goes" and the qoob-sign.

I added my Background, so you can download it and see, whats wrong with it Please help me.

I couldn't actually find the white pixels you were talking about. Did they only appear once you encoded the picture to MPEG-1?
In any case, I re-made your picture using the original graphics and encoded the M1V. I also tested it just to make sure it didn't have those white pixels, even though they did not appear when I encoded the background that you posted.
    Hope this helps.

It sounds most likely to be a NTSC/PAL problem. I tested out your backround on my cube and it displayed perfectly in colour (cube is PAL and TV is PAL/NTSC). The only thing I can think of trying is changing the qoob video mode in the configuration menu to see if that fixes it.

umm im gonna try that, its strange cause i have same setup as you (pal cube + pal\ntsc tv)

edit: tried every video mode, nothing works
edit2: i fixed it by plugging the three lil cables (red white yellow) into a scart adapter. i had the gc connected to the side-av port.

I just realised that all my background links were dead. For some reason, it seems my freefilebin account folder decided to pack up and depart the server. All the links have now been changed to a new file host and hopefully will remain in working order.

This background has been given the retro Super Mario Bros treatment.
