Alan Wake for PC is a total success
Remedy is really happy about the incredible sales in the first 48h
Alan Wake for PC has only 48h of life since released and is already the number one in Steam
Some time ago we told you about the imminent launching of the PC version of Alan Wake. Today, only 2 days after the official release we can say that it is a complete success.
The game is currently positioned at number 1 in sales in Steam. Its 20.99€ tag price for the Collector's Edition is very attracting.

According to VG247:
We are very happy with the sales and hitting #1 on Steam at launch was nothing short of amazing. We recouped our development and marketing expenses during the first 48 hours. And yes, we’re certainly very excited about PC.
The keyboard and mouse version, which launched on Thursday, comes with multiple new features such as 3D and multi-screen, plus the inclusion of XBL DLC The Signal and The Writer.
