Psp Phat not charging, does turn on.

Hello, was playing my psp in bed last night when i suddenly noticed it wasn't charging.

it still works, but the battery is at one bar now.
i took out the battery, charger plugged in, doesn't turn on.
it didn't fall anytime in the last 2years.
    what can i do?
is there a way to determine if its the charger cable or the psp itself?

If you have a voltmeter, you can test the charger make sure it is outputing at least 5 volts.

But from my repair experience, 90% of the time, it is the small fuse inside the PSP next to the charger plug.

Sadly you have to open the machine, and to replace it you need a nice small soldering iron, and replacement fuse.
