Now, Microsoft is seeking for legal action against this person as reported by Kotaku. Check it out:
On top of all that, according to one person familiar with the situation who spoke to me under condition of anonymity, Microsoft is currently trying to track down and identify ntkrnl. According to that person, Microsoft executives are looking to take legal action against ntkrnl, which, again, doesn't mean that everything he says is true.
What do you think? If the info he/she leaked wasn't true, why is Microsoft seeking for legal action?
Why if this story is true, Microsoft has not charged him yet.
It only took my old long-time developer friend just under 2 minutes to figure out whom that is connected with Microsoft is infact the leaker Mr. 'ntkrnl', so it should have taken only a mere few seconds for M$ themselves to connect the dots.
