The Windows/OS X emulator gets another update. DeSmuME 0.9.8 has been released, a lot of fixes are included in this new version.

DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS emulator written in C++ for for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. The latest official version came out more than a year ago, but today, v0.9.8 has been released!

While you can always compile by yourself the latest emu SVN, this build is already ready for you to try and it features a few optimizations and a brand new frontend for OSX users.

Here's the complete list of fixes:

Without doubt, this is the best and most compatible DS emulator out there, so don't forget to check it out. Of course, you will need at least a 2 GHz Core2Duo or equivalent processor (though, a 3 GHz Core2Duo processor / 3 GHz Phenom II or better is recommended).

Go to the official website below for download links!

well, honestly i've no idea but probably because of some behind the scenes issues that are preventing news being posted to "general" as we dont have a pc section.
