MC Japanese sales: RE Operation Raccoon City tops software and Vita sales see upturn!

    Media Create just released the last week Japanese VG sales chart. The Resident Evil spin-off sells big and the Vita sales increase... well just a bit!

    Japanese firm, Media Create just released the sales chart for Week 17, 2012 (Apr 23 - Apr 29).

    * Software.

    Even if Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City its just a spin-off from the series, the game debutted on top with more than 252K units sold! Mario Party 9 is in second place, selling more than 152K units. And finally... a PS Vita game on the Top-5!

    Games Count: 3DS - 7, PSP - 6, PS3 - 3, WII - 2, 360 - 1, PSV - 1

    * Hardware.

    3DS is still on top, while PS Vita sales increased a bit this week!

      Just looks like a game some liked was launched as there is only one PSV game on the list, I assume thats behind the console sales spike as well.
