Check out the 'reviews' in the forum to find out more.

Basically it is device to backup, copy, clone, Amiibo's those NFC figurines that cost money, instead of buying them all, you could well 'download' the dumped BINs shared by fellow users from a site like nfc-bank.com and then upload them to this N2 Elite, which is like a giant NFC Tag, instead of storing just 'one Amiibo' it can store 100 or more, and you can select them via the USB Manager or the Android App.

You can also find online various 'amiibo bin editors' or ones that people have uploaded with 'full power-up stats', giving you a figurine with all the stats you need to unlock a item or level, without the need to grind away for hours in the game, so therefore 'cheating' the system.
