What is the Retail DeBugging (RDB) startup card?

It is a clone of the Sony TDB startup card, which gives certain TEST/debugstation consoles (which support Magicgate) some DECI2 debugging functionality.

The PlayStation 2 Scene has been around for a couple of decades, and yet amazing enough it keeps on releasing new surprises, and in this cause scene developer 'sp193' has released his version of the 'Retail DeBugging Startup Card', a clone of the official Sony TDB for PS2 TEST/debugstation consoles, which means now you can do more development/testing/debugging on your normal Retail PS2 consoles.
Of course this is totally only useful to the most advanced of PS2 scene developers, but its still great to see after all these decades support for more magic on the now Retro PlayStation 2 consoles, and for more info check out the news source which is linked below. -- Enjoy! :)
