After a lot of troubles and delays, the $35 credit-card-sized computer is finally shipping to pre-order customers.

Well, these are surely good news because, after a lot of troubles and delays, the $35 credit-card-sized computer Raspberry Pi, is finally shipping to pre-order customers!

    And here's the press release:

So, there you go... pretty good news if you pre-ordered it. And if you didn't, well, you'll have to wait a bit more for the next batch... let's hope it doesn't take too long now!

Now that is impressive, i honestly never expected it to pack that much punch, I was expecting at best somthing along the lines of an amiga given its size and most importantly, it's cost but that is very impressive. I may have to pick one of them up at some point, as a mega mini XBMC player like that would be the mutts nuts. Damn I could get one for each tv in the house, bugger now i am thinking about it I do really want one or 10 :)

My plan is to have one behind every tv in the house connected to my network and my nas drive so all tvs will have access to my media

Sure I've seen it somewhere with mame running on it and someone was modding an old joystick with this Fitted inside
