Sorry American readers, Club Nintendo is offering a free digital download of the 3DS Classic title Kid Icarus which has added background graphics and 3D effects to members who register 2 select titles

To be in the draw to win one of the 3DSs aswell as receive a download code for the game, it's pretty simple. You need to join Club Nintendo and register 2 3DS games.

You'll then get a redeemable code via email & and a notice if you won another 3DS or not after the winners are drawn.

Only a select group of titles are accepted, the titles varying from region to region, but it's pretty much any game that...

Looks like if you change something in your PC, like the Graphics Card, you'll have trouble activating the game.

Guru3D has posted an interesting article on the Ubisoft DRM for their PC games, looks like it also tracks Hardware changes on the product activation, and you can make a max of 3.

Website Guru3D has posted an article saying that they probably will stop reviewing Ubisoft titles because of their DRM, showing some interesting information while they were trying to play and review Anno 2070.

Apparently, this DRM also checks for Hardware changes on your PC before activation, for example, after replacing a Graphics Card, and you'll have to activate the game again if you do this. The bad thing about all of this, is that game is indeed restricted to 3 hardware changes, and after that, there's no way to bypass that....

The amazing Flash game is getting another major release with new graphics, gameplay and characters!

Playing the first Super Mario Bros. game as Mega Man, Link, Samus, Ryu Hayabusa and a few others is like a dream come true. Of course, the game is not official, but is still amazing.

The flash game Super Mario Bros. Crossover was launched a couple years ago, and became extremely popular, not because you could play the original SMB game on a browser, the real reason is that you have the ability to control other characters from the old NES, completely unrelated to the Mario series.

Link, Samus, Mega Man, Ryu Hayabusa, Simon Belmont, Bill Rizer and Sophia the 3rd with all their abilities in the original Super Mario Bros. game? Count me in!

The game is getting another release. Version 2.0 will be out soon featuring new...

Yes, it's the same game that was launched last year, but having a MK game and doing fatalities in your hands it's always pretty exciting.

Last year Mortal Kombat 'reboot' will also get a Playstation VITA release this spring.

Looks like, essentially, it will be the same game, but apparently includes brand new gameplay features, and a few new exclusive content.

Two New Smash Bros. games are coming for the Wii U and 3DS but recently, the creator has stated that 'patience will be rewarded'.

Nintendo president Satoru Iwata announced new Smash Bros. games for Wii U and 3DS at E3 2011. This was an unprecedented announcement for the company. But development 'may take a while'.

Never before in the history of Nintendo have they developed two Smash Bros. games at the same time, and never has any of them been on a handheld platform, so maybe they were a little ahead of themselves to make the big announcement at last week's E3 conference, as now Super Smash Bros. creator 'Masahiro Sakurai' has stated in a recent Nintendo Power interview that the official team has not even been formed yet, and development 'may take a while'!!!

Sakurai told the magazine:

For those who don't know what SOPA and PIPA are, the United States has two bills that have the goal of putting a stop to online piracy.

In a surprise move today, Representative Eric Cantor(R-VA) announced that he will stop all action on SOPA, effectively killing the bill. This move was most likely due to several things.

Some of the reasons were; It is "Election Year", and the amount of 'protests' and 'complaints' about it in the media and online, could cause the vote to swing the other way, and also tons of companies that originally were backing the bill, suddenly have recently dropped support after all the consumer 'backlash, and places like 'GoDaddy' have lost over 100,000 domains in the last 10 days alone as people started moving to their websites to another country that protects their right of freedom.

Whatever the real reason, it is not time to...

'Mario Kart 7' contains a major glitch that allows racers to jump half of the 'Maka Wuhu' course

Users were hoping that Nintendo would introduce a patch of some sort to fix the problem. The company hasn’t provided an official response, but support says that 'there are no plans to update the game'

Gaming Glitches can sometimes be very upsetting when they get in the way of finishing the game, or playing it fairly with others.

And in this case, the new 'Mario Kart 7' has a major glitch that when on the 'Maka Wuhu' course you can jump half the course. So for those that know about the 'glitch' you can get ahead of your fellow racers in no time at all, even worse Nintendo knows about the 'glitch' and recently Nintendo Buddy Roemar stated the following:

Looks like the first PS was going to use cartridges instead of CDs.

A few new shots and images from the first PlayStation prototype were shown today. Yes, is that time after Sony and Nintendo were going to work together to make a new CD addon for the SNES.

New images from the PlayStation, the first Sony machine at early stages, were shown today.

We can see a few different models and versions, including its gamepad. An interesting shot shows that, on an early version, the system was going to use game cartridges and it looked a lot like the SNES.

Yes, we all remember that Sony and Nintendo started a collaboration in order to create a CD addon for the SNES, but that didn't end so well and Sony decided to make their own console (the PlayStation).

The first PS console was launched on December 03, 1994 in...

A new TD installment this time from Slightly Mad Studios

British game developers Slightly Mad Studios, best known for the Need for Speed: SHIFT entries, are now working on another racing franchise, this time is Test Drive.

aaaaTest Drive Unlimited 2 was just launched last year and we'll get another franchise entry soon, and it's a racing simulator game.

This time, developer is Slightly Mad Studios, best known for their NFS entries (Need for Speed: Shift and Shift 2: Unleashed), now focusing on the Ferrari racing cars. They are also keeping their characteristic sim racing gameplay, which is some kind of weird for the TD franchise, but after watching the trailer seems it could be interesting.

Want to clarify and deny unfounded rumors spread on some 'news' websites

I guess True Blue is not too happy about the claims some people made about their product being little work, which can be easily cloned.

Recently we have been made aware of several announcements made on various forums from people who seek to trivialise the capabilities of True Blue and claim that functionality such as playing 3.6+ games can easily be reproduced on regular custom firmware (CFW).

In each and every case, the announcements amount to nothing more than baseless accusations and disinformation - these people are intentionally spreading information they know to be incorrect in an attempt to create confusion. A lot of effort and research has gone into the creation of True Blue, which has allowed us to take our position as the ONLY team producing any real...
