Another great update by 'deroad'

The new update for the NoRSX Emu adds PS3 Controller emulator and the Library now allows any kind of animations.

If you didn't know, NoRSX by deroad is a 2D graphics library for PSL1GHT, and its used for creating homebrew for the PS3.

Keep in mind this is not a PS3 emulator for the PC, and NoRSX Emulator just emulates the NoRSX PS3 environment and not the actual PS3 environment.

'Console-quality' message remains, but games must be unique...

According to Sony's marketing VP for handhelds and consoles, Sony's determined to ensure its latest handheld isn’t overrun with ports as was the case with its predecessor.

In an interview with Gamasutra, Sony's marketing VP for handhelds and consoles John Koller said that in an effort to 'actively' avoid repeating the mistakes made with PSP, Sony is discouraging developers from porting console games to Vita.

According to him, titles released on Vita need to be “unique and define the Vita experience".
