NINTENDO Switch is going in a different direction to the PS4 and Xbox One, says Capcom.

Capcom might not make Nintendo Switch versions of its PS4 and Xbox One games. The studio has been doing a little research into Nintendo Switch specs and capabilities, and hasn't determined whether the new handheld/console hybrid is part of its multiplatform plans.

We already had number of leaks from Nintendo Insiders regarding the power under the hood running the new Switch platform, and its basically Nvidia Terga X1 or maybe X2, either way its not as powerful as PS4 and XB1, and we already knew that if the rumors turn out to be true, which Nintendo fully unveils their Switch on Jan. 12th, but now we gotten confirmation from Capcom one of the listed partners in the teaser video released last month, that they are still doing a little more research into the new hybrid before...

YouTube’s HMS2 wields a hobby knife like ancient samurai warriors wielded their katana swords.

And with the help of equally precise tools like tweezers and toothpicks, the master miniaturizer turned a bunch of thin plastic sheets into an impossibly tiny Famicom console.

Nintendo has recently launched their Mini-NES and Mini-FamiCom onto the retro market, and all the craze is into making 'Tiny Consoles From Our Golden Gaming Past', but someone decided to see how far they could go in shrinking down an original Family Computer, and they did it except the cartridges are so small you need a pair of dental tweezers to plug them in, not to mention the buttons of the controllers they more like designed for actual life-sized ants to play on, maybe they have an 'ant-version-of-mario' in their world, and will enjoy playing it finally! :)

During the Ubisoft first-half 2016-17 earnings call, company CEO Yves Guillemot revealed that the developer is working on a “surprise” game for the upcoming Nintendo Switch.

Guillemot, who has been an enthusiastic backer of the Switch for some time, was full of praise for the Nintendo device once again during the call. He said that the device represented “true innovation,” and mentioned a “surprise” game that is being developed, writes Damien McFerran for Nintendo Life.

More speculation on the Nintendo Switch is here today, and this one is about the 'release/launch' plan by Nintendo, and Dale the insider that was right about the 'teaser reveal trailer' date, claims her same insider source has told her that big 'N' is launching the PAL Switch region on March 17th, but other regions will be just a bit earlier and bit later, so roll-out will take just over a week all together.

Our very own reviewer JHardin1112 is back with another great Wii U Game Review!

Pirates Pop Plus on the Nintendo Wii U Console, is a fun little arcade game, and JHardin sits down to play it for us and review it, as you can see from his comments below, its worth trying out, so check it out in full below.

Sometimes all you need is a game that takes you back to the basics. Simple movements, simple goals, one simple screen. Pirates Pop Plus on the Wii U does exactly that. PPP is an arcade game that offers players a simple, yet engaging and addictive experience that will bring you back over and over again. So how is it that such a seemingly simple game is able to achieve this not so simple feat?

PPP puts players in the shoes of a pirate by the name of Pete Jr., who upon waking from his nap on the beach sees bubbles in the distance. Once Pete Jr. is close enough to the source, he finds that the bubbles come from...
Update to Nintendo 3DS Game Adds amiibo Functionality and Other New Features

The free update launched this morning will also launch as part of a packaged version with the full game called Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems in December.

In a new Nintendo Direct video presentation, Nintendo threw a rustic party for a free downloadable software update for the Animal Crossing: New Leaf game. The free update launched this morning alongside the Nintendo Direct, and will also launch as part of a packaged version with the full game called Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems in December.

With big Switch reveal out there, its time to nail the Wii U coffin shut, and that is occurring in a few days on Nov. 4th.

It has been confirmed by Eurogamer that Nintendo took its final orders for new Wii U units yesterday. There couldn’t have been many as the Japanese production line is set to shut down forever this coming Friday, November 4.

So this is it, it was fun while it lasted, but sadly only just a bit over 13 million Wii U's were sold, which was nothing compare to the over 100 million Wii consoles, but now Nintendo's focus will be from now on with their popular 3DS and their new upcoming hybrid the Switch, as such its time to start the burial service for their two-screen gaming-concept called the Wii U which failed big time.

Pokemon GO itself, might have lost millions of players, but when it comes to the new accessory, its in hot demand!

Pokemon GO Plus has been available at stores near you, including Toys R Us, Walmart, and GameStop, for a little more than a month. It was September 16 that Nintendo officially released this Pokemon GO accessory.

According to IGN, Nintendo has since apologized for product shortages as fans of the game are going to Toys R Us, Walmart, GameStop, and other stores near them only to find out the game accessory has been sold out.

Switch shipping with 4GB of RAM on RETAIL units, just like early 'DevKit' models, making it double the Wii U's RAM.

It seems the specs for the Nintendo Switch have started to leak from reputable sources. While the figure may sound low, it looks like the retail version of the Nintendo Switch will have the same amount of RAM as the developer kits.

Sadly, we have to wait until Jan. 12th to know officially what the 'Switch' will have under its 6.2" Multi-Point Touch-Screen (in which we reported on earlier), but now the latest rumor leak is from well-known Emily Rogers, the ArcadeGirl64 Nintendo Insider, and she been right so far on the specs. for Switch and what we have seen in the 'teaser trailer', released just over a week ago, this time she claims that big 'N' has decided to keep the large 4GB DevKit RAM Design for the actual shipping RETAIL units instead of cutting it in half,...
“Nintendo has wandered too far away from the mainstream,” says Pachter.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was finally announced a couple of weeks ago, and, as expected, it seems like the game will only for Xbox One and PS4. Contrary to expectations, a PC version of the game was not announced, and while fewer people may have thought it a viable possibility, a Nintendo Switch version of the game was also not announced.

Sadly, the world-famous analyst Pachter, says that if we are dreaming of playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on our Nintendo Switch, that we better 'switch' to an supported console, as its not happening, because well, basically Nintendo is no longer 'mainstream'. :)

We can rebuild it! - 34 Years Later, a Forgotten Game from Nintendo's Arcade History will be Playable again!

Hot on the heels of the groundbreaking success of the arcade version of Donkey Kong in 1981, several additional game titles were in the release pipeline at Nintendo and Sky Skipper (Sukai Sukippa) was one of those games.

There has been alot of 'arcade' restoration projects over the decades, but one of the most interesting ones to follow is trying to recreate/rebuild the Sky Skipper from Nintendo, after 30 years only a few PCBoards were found, most not working, and up until now the all important 'cab' been missing for every lost in time, except for a few rough copies of old promotion flyers, nothing, that was up until recently, the main people behind the project have amazing enough been able to find one and now the project is back on full force.

Oh my god, it’s adorable! Here boy, here boy! -- Fans Call It “Swoof”, The Nintendog!

Nothing to see here, folks! Just the Nintendo Switch controller turned into an adorable, slightly lopsided dog. It’s like Snoopy’s brother got smacked on the back of the head when he was just a pup, and his eyes grew kind of funny.

Soon after the teaser trailer of the new Nintendo Switch hit the airwaves, there was another 'viral' hitting the 'net, and it was in the form of 'Swoof', the fan-created Dog Plushie based on the Joy-Con and Joy-Grip controllers from the Switch unveiling.

Kimishima said, “…we think the 3DS can continue in its own form.”

Nintendo’s newly announced Switch is exciting, but begs the question: will the company ditch the Nintendo 3DS? The answer to that is no, at least judging by comments made by Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima during a recent interview.

The Nintendo 3DS lives, after the Switch was announced, loyal fans of the 3DS handheld were worried that their beloved machine would disappear and be forgotten, but that is not the case at least for now, the President of Nintendo, recently stated both will live on side-by-side, the Switch and the 3DS, well that good news of course for 3DS owners, but sad news for Wii U owners, as it seems for sure that console is going by-by next year with Zelda being one of its very last games to enjoy playing before being forced to 'Switch'.

But their new Mobile Game will NOT be for FREE, there WILL be a FEE to unlock the GAME after a few levels!

In an interview with Bloomberg, Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima said the company hopes to achieve as much success with Super Mario Run as Niantic (and the Pokemon Company and Nintendo) have achieved with Pokemon Go.

Nintendo wants their next mobile adventure to be just as popular as their AR wonder 'Pokemon GO', but they are taking a different marketting approach for 'Super Mario GO', instead of being 'totally free', and then packing the game with 'micro-transactions', they are going to make it 'limited game', not as simple as DEMO, but good number of 'levels' to enjoy, but then afterwards there WILL be COST to UNLOCK the FULL game, a one-time FEE, so parents don't have to worry that their kids are raking up bills playing Mario.

To Be Touch or Not To Be Touch - That is the Big Switch Question on the minds of loyal Nintendo fans!

According to Eurogamer, the display of the Switch will indeed be a multi-touch screen, despite the fact that Nintendo has refused to comment.

Is the new Nintendo Switch going to feature 'Touch', in the 3 minute teaser trailer last week, no place did any of the hired 'actor gamers', touch the screen, it was total hands-on the Joy-Con buttons and thumbsticks, and the screen was left totally fingerless!
