NintendoSwitch_4GB.jpg
Switch shipping with 4GB of RAM on RETAIL units, just like early 'DevKit' models, making it double the Wii U's RAM.

It seems the specs for the Nintendo Switch have started to leak from reputable sources. While the figure may sound low, it looks like the retail version of the Nintendo Switch will have the same amount of RAM as the developer kits.

Sadly, we have to wait until Jan. 12th to know officially what the 'Switch' will have under its 6.2" Multi-Point Touch-Screen (in which we reported on earlier), but now the latest rumor leak is from well-known Emily Rogers, the ArcadeGirl64 Nintendo Insider, and she been right so far on the specs. for Switch and what we have seen in the 'teaser trailer', released just over a week ago, this time she claims that big 'N' has decided to keep the large 4GB DevKit RAM Design for the actual shipping RETAIL units instead of cutting it in half,...

“Nintendo has wandered too far away from the mainstream,” says Pachter.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was finally announced a couple of weeks ago, and, as expected, it seems like the game will only for Xbox One and PS4. Contrary to expectations, a PC version of the game was not announced, and while fewer people may have thought it a viable possibility, a Nintendo Switch version of the game was also not announced.

Sadly, the world-famous analyst Pachter, says that if we are dreaming of playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on our Nintendo Switch, that we better 'switch' to an supported console, as its not happening, because well, basically Nintendo is no longer 'mainstream'. :)

We can rebuild it! - 34 Years Later, a Forgotten Game from Nintendo's Arcade History will be Playable again!

Hot on the heels of the groundbreaking success of the arcade version of Donkey Kong in 1981, several additional game titles were in the release pipeline at Nintendo and Sky Skipper (Sukai Sukippa) was one of those games.

There has been alot of 'arcade' restoration projects over the decades, but one of the most interesting ones to follow is trying to recreate/rebuild the Sky Skipper from Nintendo, after 30 years only a few PCBoards were found, most not working, and up until now the all important 'cab' been missing for every lost in time, except for a few rough copies of old promotion flyers, nothing, that was up until recently, the main people behind the project have amazing enough been able to find one and now the project is back on full force.

Oh my god, it’s adorable! Here boy, here boy! -- Fans Call It “Swoof”, The Nintendog!

Nothing to see here, folks! Just the Nintendo Switch controller turned into an adorable, slightly lopsided dog. It’s like Snoopy’s brother got smacked on the back of the head when he was just a pup, and his eyes grew kind of funny.

Soon after the teaser trailer of the new Nintendo Switch hit the airwaves, there was another 'viral' hitting the 'net, and it was in the form of 'Swoof', the fan-created Dog Plushie based on the Joy-Con and Joy-Grip controllers from the Switch unveiling.

3ds-lives.jpg
Kimishima said, “…we think the 3DS can continue in its own form.”

Nintendo’s newly announced Switch is exciting, but begs the question: will the company ditch the Nintendo 3DS? The answer to that is no, at least judging by comments made by Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima during a recent interview.

The Nintendo 3DS lives, after the Switch was announced, loyal fans of the 3DS handheld were worried that their beloved machine would disappear and be forgotten, but that is not the case at least for now, the President of Nintendo, recently stated both will live on side-by-side, the Switch and the 3DS, well that good news of course for 3DS owners, but sad news for Wii U owners, as it seems for sure that console is going by-by next year with Zelda being one of its very last games to enjoy playing before being forced to 'Switch'.

But their new Mobile Game will NOT be for FREE, there WILL be a FEE to unlock the GAME after a few levels!

In an interview with Bloomberg, Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima said the company hopes to achieve as much success with Super Mario Run as Niantic (and the Pokemon Company and Nintendo) have achieved with Pokemon Go.

Nintendo wants their next mobile adventure to be just as popular as their AR wonder 'Pokemon GO', but they are taking a different marketting approach for 'Super Mario GO', instead of being 'totally free', and then packing the game with 'micro-transactions', they are going to make it 'limited game', not as simple as DEMO, but good number of 'levels' to enjoy, but then afterwards there WILL be COST to UNLOCK the FULL game, a one-time FEE, so parents don't have to worry that their kids are raking up bills playing Mario.

NintendoSwitchTouch.jpg
To Be Touch or Not To Be Touch - That is the Big Switch Question on the minds of loyal Nintendo fans!

According to Eurogamer, the display of the Switch will indeed be a multi-touch screen, despite the fact that Nintendo has refused to comment.

Is the new Nintendo Switch going to feature 'Touch', in the 3 minute teaser trailer last week, no place did any of the hired 'actor gamers', touch the screen, it was total hands-on the Joy-Con buttons and thumbsticks, and the screen was left totally fingerless!

Millions have downloaded the demo

Pokémon Sun and Moon have become Nintendo's best pre-selling games of all time, the company announced Thursday. Although it did not disclose numbers, Nintendo referred to the pre-order figures as a "historic milestone."

Pokemon, Pokemon, Pokemon, no matter where you look these days, Pokemon is in the news, it has become the hottest thing since 'slice bread', and since it was really popular back in the day when we were like 8 years old trading Pokemon Bubble Gum Cards in the back alley with some total stranger because he had the super-rare ones, and now it seems thanks in part to the recent success of Pokemon Go, the news 3DS versions of Sun and Moon have fast become the hottest-selling game ever when you at the pre-orders.

Even Nintendo knows the truth, that their new Switch, will sell infact WORSE than their previous Wii U console did!

The launch of the Nintendo Switch, the new transforming mobile/home console, made fanboys’ hearts palpitate, but sent investors running. The company’s stock dipped 10 percent and The Wall Street Journal reported investors are calling on Nintendo to give up on the console market and move to mobile.

Nintendo itself had high hopes when they released their 'teaser trailer' last week, but afterwards 'investors' went to the toliet and threw up, and then dumped their Nintendo holdings big time, causing the stock to nose-dive to the sewer, even shocking the President of Nintendo on why that occurred.

But afterwards, Nintendo released their 'hopes' for selling the Switch which will launch in early March, and they told investors that at least 2 million will be sold before...

“By no means was that everything,” Kimishima said, referring to a video a week ago that teased their new hybrid setup.

Nintendo Co.’s new gaming console Switch is part of a bigger plan that will include more accessories, a deeper lineup of software and possible tie-ups with other technologies.

It seems there will be alot more for Nintendo to show us in the new year, after announcing last night that the full Nintendo Switch unveiling will be coming on January 12th, the new President of Nintendo for the first time answered some questions regarding the Switch, and hinted at much bigger plans including a large line-up of software and hardware also as he called will be many 'accessories', you can check out his full quoted interview below:

Plus ‘Pokémon Go’ Lifts Nintendo’s Bottom Line

Nintendo posted lackluster earnings on Wednesday that saw its string of quarterly losses continue, as the flop of the Wii U video game console continues to drag down on the company's bottom line.

Today's release of Nintendo's latest earnings, was a mixture of good and sad news for both consumers and investors. For one big 'N' lost again a good chunk of money as they only sold 349,000 Wii U's and under 2 million 3DS's, much less than they had hoped for, but on the other hand they are betting they will sell 2 Million of their new Nintendo System platform in the month of March alone!

But Nintendo still came out rosy for investors because of their sale of Mariners sports team, and their stake in Pokemon Corp, added over $12 Billion to their bottom line, even still the shares were on rollercoaster of up and down today as investors could not...

NintendoKaren.jpg
"Oh shit, Karen brought her stupid Nintendo thing to the party again. We’re DRINKING, Karen. We’re having CONVERSATIONS.”

We’ve watched the Nintendo Switch reveal video enough times now to have it memorized, beat-by-beat, as have other loyal Nintendo fans. One moment that’s stuck out in particular is the saga of “Karen,” the well-dressed urban chick with a cute haircut and a crippling addiction to her handheld.

Soon after millions of loyal Nintendo fans watched the Switch Reveal Trailer from last week, everyone starting talking about 'Karen' (giving her a name), and then making jokes about her style, haircut, and other habits, like not wanting to stop 'gaming' and bringing her stupid Nintendo Switch along to the party, well all her so-called friends just wanted to drink and talk during their rooftop party.

NintendoSwitchProController.jpg
According To Reveal Trailer Actor. -- More good news for the upcoming Nintendo Switch Hybrid System.

The Nintendo Switch ditches the gimmickry that the past few Nintendo console controllers have imbibed, and instead goes back to the basics- a standard, asymmetric, dual analog controller, with four action, a D-pad, buttons, two triggers, two bumpers, and some system buttons.

Well the new Nintendo Switch of having the controller split into two on both sides, and then slide together on mounting bracket, or instead use by two different people playing an multi-player game together, does not look too easy or comfortable, the Reveal Trailer for the Switch shown last week by Nintendo finally, also show gamers (actors) trying out the system with the optional 'Pro Controller', which from video looks much like an Xbox design, and now in recent interview with one of the actual actors...
