Split-Screen Local Play, caused Mario Kart 8 to lower down the 'framerate' when more players jump into their Karts!

Its been confirmed at the recent PAX East event, where Mario Kart 8 was finally playable on the Switch, that the framerate varies between 60fps and 30fps depending on the amount of Karts with human players racing around the track's courses.
But the good news is the pixels are 1080p when DOCKed, unlike the Wii U version when was only 720p with similar 'framerate' limits.

You can use the new Joy-Con's from your Switch on your NES Mini Console!

Nintendo Switch controllers are flexible, if flawed — the latest hardware they work with is the NES Classic, via 8bitdo’s $17 Retro Receiver, and a new firmware update available now for that little dongle.
Even tho the Joy-Con Left might have some 'Bluetooth' distance range issues, it does not mean its not a wonderful little controller to use, and now besides using it on your Android and PC and Mac as we previously reported earlier this week about, you can now use it on another Nintendo Product, that prized NES Classic Mini that sold by hundreds of thousands this past holiday season and is still hard to get, but if you do happen to own one you will be glad to know you can now game away using your Joy-Con's or Pro Switch controllers.
Reggie: "In our view, these are not differentiators"!

Nintendo's new video game system, the Switch, isn't able to browse the internet, stream music, movies, or play any media that isn't a video game. It's a game console, first and foremost, despite its resemblance to tablets like the iPad that are so often used for media consumption.
At soon as the Switch was launched, people were trying to figure out how to watch Videos on it, and access Facebook, etc. -- And with DNSwitch on your PC, people have gotten to that stage, but soon you might not have to Switch Trick your new prized handheld/console, as Nintendo looks like its going to crave-in and discuss with various companies on how to add 'streaming apps'. :)
You can fix it yourself, with a bit of time, some wire, and some soldering, and of course voiding your warranty!

The Nintendo Switch is great and I can’t stop thinking about Zelda even when I’m not playing it. But some of you may have noticed that the left ‘Joy-Con’ controller has some connection issues.
Since even the early days of preview units appearing for reviewers before the big launch last week, there was reports of the LEFT side of your Joy-Con's going dark, losing sync even when directly attached to the screen part, but the right always was working, well it turns out for some reason the right has better, bigger, bolder Bluetooth antenna, then the left side does, but it can be fixed! :)
Canadian Court Awards Nintendo $12.76 Million in Damages in Precedent-Setting Case

Nintendo is going hard-core against sellers of 'flashcarts' for the first time in Canada, since laws were updated back in 2013.
The only problem with this PR statement below is that it is totally wrong, it is WHAT THEY TRIED TO GET <- NOT -> WHAT THEY GOT, in the end infact the Judge stopped the case after 8 long hours of one-sided discussion where the defense didn't even have a chance, and both parties settled out of court with low damage award of only $20k against the owner, and removal of all 'flashcarts' from the affiliated websites, but Nintendo decided that would not be 'great news', so they decided to issue the following statement as if they WON the full amount they were asking, which is total case of outright defamation of character which the owner is thinking of suing...
I mean, not that you should be using them for those

The Nintendo Switch’s controllers work on a variety of other platforms, including Macs, Windows and even mobile phones. That includes not just the more conventional Pro controller, but the tiny Joy-Con controllers as well.
It seems Nintendo JoyCon's from the Switch, can just be easy connected to your own Android mobile devices as you wish, so instead of gaming with them on your official 6.2" Nintendo touchscreen/tablet like device, you could just as easy grab your nice 10" Android tablet, and play games on it (well not Nintendo ones like Zelda), but other Android ones, using the tiny little Red/Blue JoyCon units!
Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the biggest stand-alone launch title

Nintendo’s Switch console boasted impressive records on its first weekend out of the gate, as the company said it beat every launch sales record for any Nintendo system in the Americas in history.
Nintendo claims in America that the Switch did basically just as good as Wii itself (not the Wii U), and in some markets even better.
