A Sony representative told Polygon that Sony "will not charge consumers for patches," but did not specify whether this policy was only for first-party or also third-party titles that are re-released with HDR support.

When the story first broke, that Sony might CHARGE for 4K/HDR patches, it caused alot more upset PS4 owners, it was bad enough Sony not including 4K Blu-Ray Player, but with the news that 'patches' might cost money it caused even more backlash against Sony since their horrible September 7th unveiling of the PS4 SLIM and PRO models, with lots of lagging gameplay footage it has not been a good week for Sony, but there might be silver lining in it all at least with the 'costing money for patches' story, as Sony has now commented on the original story and says they will NOT charge...

After months of discussion with Sony, we regret to say that while we have long been ready to offer mod support on PlayStation 4, Sony has informed us they will not approve user mods the way they should work: where users can do anything they want for either Fallout 4 or Skyrim Special Edition.

Skyrim and Fallout modders were very upset today, when Bethesa finally broke the sad news that their long talks over many months has failed to bend the Giant Crab into allowing 'user mods' for the two most popular games to modded on the PC.

Back in February, we told you the Wii U port of the beautifully epic Hyper Light Drifter was in limbo due to issues with the game engine running natively on the console. There was hope the port would still come out, albeit at a later date than the other versions. Unfortunately, those hopes have been dashed.

Well so much for this Kickstarter game, even tho they did get it out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, they are not able to finish it for the Wii U or Vita, claiming that is issues with the game engine itself, not allowing them to port the game over, forcing them to canned the whole project instead for the other systems.

Sony unveiled a slimline PlayStation 4 during a press conference at the PlayStation Theater in Times Square Wednesday afternoon.

So its finally over, the big September 7th, Sony PlayStation Special Press Event, during the less than one hour show, they finally officially announced that the PS4 SLIM which has been on sale early in UK and other markets for weeks, will now be the 'standard' model from here on, and will be available almost in every market by September 15th.

Of course the big news every one was waiting for was on the PS4 NEO, which will now be called the 'PRO', and it will be available November 10th, at price of only $399, and will included 1TeraByte of HDD, 4K HDR support, and of course bit better CPU/GPU setup.

Tactical Power Rangers-inspired role-playing game Chroma Squad will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and mobile devices in "early 2017," publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment announced today.

Back in 2015 there was very successful project on KickStarter to released an game inspired by the Power Rangers, and now after good few years of being very popular on the PC, the developers have been able to secure the backing of Bandi Namco to get their game published on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and even the PlayStation Vita and older PS3 systems.

Coming Out Tomorrow, is the Fourth DLC Pack for CoD: Black Ops III

The new CoD might be only two months away, but that does not mean we have stop having fun with old CoD game, as more content gets added tomorrow with the latest DLC pack called 'Salvation' which includes the weird 'micro' patio fighting arena.

So if you been getting bored with Black Ops III, there is good news as tomorrow the 4th DLC Pack is out, and it will give you Salvation and get you back into the multiplayer action with four new heart-pounding action, including the new patio table of Micro-land. :)
