alright so i have been working on a handheld n64
fairly new to hacking electronics, and i dont have a solid foundation of knowledge about stepping down/up voltage

i know the screen needs around 12v, and the console needs 3.3v exactly.

    my question is...

how feasible is it to power the console/lcd using a few portable charging bricks for tablets or cellphones?
they are fairly cheap, small in size, and have a decently large capacity.
i know they generally output 5v
