I was wondering if it's possible to have lets say the latest M33 firmware and the latest official firmware on the same psp?
Would be really handy to be able to play my recently bought games with the original firmware.

    Don't worry about this...because 5.50GEN-3 run all like M33, with only a difference...It don't run old 1.50 kernel homebrew.

Major change in version number but only a minor update. Psp is a very powerful hand held device and with its popularity, its power is even increased by countless home brew applications available in the internet. The one thing I love about the PS3 is that I can create “albums” for everything in my XMB such as DEMOS, BETA, PSone GAMES, PSP GAMES, etc. Although it can be more hassle to set up than custom firmware, the risks of bricking are lower, it's very easy to undo, and you can have multiple firmware versions installed at once, allowing you to choose the one you want for any given task.
