We Want: “Everyone, including those in the Media, to Experience our Games at the Same Time"!

Both Dishonored 2 and the Skyrim: Special Edition will only be made available to reviewers one day before their respective launches, Bethesda has announced today. In the announcement, this is now referred to as company “policy”.

If you been wondering why there is no reviews out yet regarding the upcoming new edition of Skyrim, well its because Bethesda thinks everyone including the media should experience the game at the same time, no reading or seeing it ahead of launch time.

Since this big announcement, tons of fans have hopped onto social networks, stating they are cancelling their pre-orders and waiting until the game is out, before deciding if they are going to order it again, so this new 'official policy' might just back-fire on them! :)

Bethesda usually makes decent games that sell themselves, the lack of transparency is unwarranted.

They also have an history of releasing 'buggy' games, needing months of weekly patches to fix-up glitches that are so simple, that should had been caught in the original in-house development of the game.

Sometimes those 'bugs' / 'glitchs' can help bring down a review rating, even tho the game itself is good, just needs a bit more work! :)

This just makes me less likely to buy their games, doom was a day 2 purchase for me after seeing footage online and had they given out codes sooner i would have even preordered it.
