I'm on Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates and all I get when trying to open gw_rom_split_tool is a dialog box stating: Invalid floating point operation. Anyone else having this issue? Trie running it in an XP VM, and it runs there, but immediately says DONE! and appears to actually do nothing :(. No space on my VM HDD though, so as I type this post, I'm transferring onto a new VM HDD from a USB drive to see if I can run it (in case the problem was with trying to use it through guest additions...)

Time limit to edit my own post? Well, ok then...

Anyway, I used it successfully in my XP VM on a virtual HDD with enough space on it (duh). So my immediate issue is solved. There's still the issue of running it on Windows 10 with latest updates though :(

aaand... I went with command line. Using the gw_rom_split_tool in the VM actually made perfectly sized files... full of ZEROS.
