The Official Statement of the eSports Director George Faleev

In essence, the director of the gaming organization had made an official statement regarding the team’s decision to dissolve its Dota 2 Roster. As he clearly stated, the motivation behind this decision was the insufficiency of the results, since, at the end of the day, the results are the ones that matter most. With that said, the team aims at attaining excellent performances.

As a matter of fact, in September 2018, Vega Squadron has renounced a previous roster, as they chose the Team Lithium squad a month afterward. Hence, in the background of the competitive European region, they managed to attain the 5-6th spot at the Dota 2 Pro Circuit event they participated to – expressly the DreamLeague Season 10 Minor. What followed was a successful series of tournaments, as their results were quite noteworthy at European and Europe – CIS region events, for example, the WePlay! Madness series of tournaments.

On the other hand, the team’s manager – namely Allen Cook, posted on Twitter in order to bring some clarity on the topic, indicating that at the time being, the members of the team are the following: Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, Maurice “KheZu” Gutmann, Omar “Madara” Dabachach, Petu “Peksu” Vaatainen.

Concurrently, they are on the lookout for a new position 4-player. So, according to the latest statement, the team plans on focusing more on promoting young players in the foreseeable future.
