So i was able to gain access to the eshop via NTR 2.2 and firmware spoofing via https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...eshop-and-more-on-new-3ds-and-old-3ds.386591/ and downloaded a few things.
Now, how would i extract the ticket.db and title.db so that i can create cia's to install into my emunand?

On a side note, why the hell doesnt gateway freaking allow for firmware spoofing! Hell, it would possibly solve a few eshop problems that new 3ds's have. add an option within the gateway menu that triggers the firmware spoof and it would work great, even add in support so that it would spoof via file so that when new firmwares come out, it would be easy to update the firmware spoof.

You need to xor your nand and then get decrypt it and then get your ticket.db and make your legit cia files from there.

    https://github.com/archshift/Decrypt9

Then once you xor your nand you need to follow this guide. Just skip to step 7 - 15 (just substitute system nand for anywhere it says emunand)

    https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-moving-eshop-content-from-emunand-to-sysnand.379879/

Oh and on a side note gateway does support firmware spoofing..... The thing you are not remembering is that newer content comes with new encryption keys. Gateway will automatically spoof the firmware to the highest build but with the new 9.x keys regardless of the firmware being spoofed the keys will still generate an error

um, i was thinking of using FunkyCIA to get the cia's but... yea... it needs tickets.db and i have no clue how to just get that one out of the nand...

    EDIT:
Ok, to clarify what exactly i want. I just want the ticket.db that is in the nand. How in blazes to i get this?! Found title.db in the sd card but apparently ticket.db is in the nand and the only way to get it is to extract it from the nand yet, i have no clue on HOW to extract it. Hell, i can dump my nand, doesnt get me closer to freaking getting the ticket.db...

If you read my post it will tell you everything you need to do this. All you need is a retail copy of cubic ninja

ah, so... i was able to figure it out... you were right... XP
Anyway, all i had to do was dump my nand, get the xorpad by using ninjahax and decrypt9, then using 3dsfat16tool.py to decrypt the nand. From there, just yank out the ticket.db using winimage. so simple yet it gets confusing when trying to puzzle out what was needed.

    EDIT:
now i've got a problem with funkycia not downloading anything... >.<
