There is still alot of unanswer'ed questions, and much speculation, and now @ktemkin has decided to clear the air regarding the upcoming usage of their 'coldboot exploit' on hackable Switch firmwares, and the various options and problems users will have depending on firmware they are on, which they are planning to include in the upcoming CFW 'maybe summer time' release by @SciresM.

Well, good luck thwarting TX and being anti-piracy at the same time. Doesn't seem very logical but oh well :)

      Why isnt it logical?

If this hack doesnt do piracy ootb and requires additional hacks/mods to work that the user implements, thats not exactly their fault.

Nevermind I just figure some group going after a group that makes devices for piracy without including piracy capability isn't really going against them at all. I must be missing something here :)
