Stargate 3DS How To Guide For Using Skins:

    Step #1:
    Step #2:
    Step #3:
    • Now it's time to stick the skin(s) on your flashcart.
    • Make sure you stick your microSD card inside a device capable of reading microSD cards and sticking it in your computer.
    • If you haven't done so already, drag and drop the kernel you just downloaded, extract it, and drag the files "sg_system" and _ds_menu.dat" to the ROOT of your microSD card.
    • Now you will see two kernel files, "sg_system" and "_ds_menu.dat" on your microSD card, open the sg_system folder, now you will see more folders and other various files inside.
    • You will see a folder named "ui", open that and you will see a folder named "Stargate".
    • That is the default skin the flashcart uses, you can delete the skin if you want HOWEVER it is not required.
Simpler view of what to open:

    Step #4:
    • This is the easy part, all you have to do is extract your skin, then drag and drop it into the "ui" folder.
Note: Make sure ALL the skin UI images and ini files are present. If not then you will face issues upon booting up the flashcart. You can always look at the default Stargate skin on your microSD card as a reference for setting the skins up.

That's all there is to it!

Just eject your microSD card from your computer, pop the microSD card into your flashcart and enjoy!

You can change your skins on the flashcart by pressing start -> settings then from here you will see a system interface option, just toggle left or right on the D-pad OR tap left or right. You will be given two pop ups consecutively asking if you are sure about changing the UI interface/settings, just press/tap "OK", that's all there is to it.

Still not sure after reading the above, then watch this video tutorial, showing you all the steps you need to do on your PC Desktop
