Stargate support is fucking dead no one responds from stargate itself on mails or on the forum. I want to have a new gamecard because I have a none working one. I got it from the first batch. I ordered at the first moment. I believed in stargate3ds but now I am questioning the whole hackinggroup behind this. There is now service whatsoever. ..
You have to contact the 'reseller' you purchased the product from and get them to replace it. Which reseller did you use? -- When did you purchase it? -- What country do you live it?
The reseller is r43ds.nl purchase was november 2017 country Netherlands. So I contacted the reseller they said twice in a row we will look into it... And now stargate3ds is mentioning to go to the reseller? What kind of service is this? This fucking sucks I got the card at the release kiddo! So pay me the bill refund it rapido or settle a new card!
