'The war on graffiti has just begun'

Toronto's Mayor Rob Ford promotes two smartphone apps for Android and iOS so you can report offensive piece of graffiti and city workers come to clean it up quickly!

Rob Ford, Toronto’s Mayor, has declared that “The war on graffiti has just begun” and is determined “to make this city spotless.”

Now, he's promoting two Smartphone apps to help report graffiti: SeeClickFix(seeclickfix.com/apps) for Android, Blackberry and iPhone, and TDOT311 (http://www.publicleaf.com/tdot311) for iPhone only.

Apparently, all you have to do is take a pic of the graffiti and send the location information. City workers will then work their best to rid the city of the artwork!

Well, that's surely a funny and weird move!

Rob Ford is a fat joke (literally, fat).

He can't even take care of himself, let alone a whole city. He tried losing weight on a PUBLICALLY announced weight loss challenge, and failed. Just like everything else.

      screw him

      emmm... ignorance again?

Why do you assume that fat people don't take care of themselves.

Perhaps they are perfectly fine with who they are. And don't see fat as being a negative or hindering quality.

Perhaps some of them feel just as normal, as you and I. And are only reminded of the fact when people like you point it out as a negative stereotyped characteristic. Perhaps they have a bigger problem with your attitude, than their own weight.

Maybe its other peoples' perceptions that is the problem, as they are insecure about their own selves. While fat people are perfectly secure with themselves.

I find it an absolute hypocrisy that in a society which can't mention anything negative about race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or just about any other characteristic a person may have, as that would be a hateful remark and constitute libel.... A society that openly accepts the discrimination/insulting of overweight people is perfectly fine and acceptable.
