Hi, I'm looking to get actual support for this product. Whenever I try to write, delete, or activate an Amiibo it always fails. I am using the Android app and have tried both version 2.0.4, and the latest 2.0.11. I have tried posting on this forum once before, only to receive no help. I can't find an email with support on the N2 Elite website, so does the developer just take the money and run? Provide no support? I paid good money for this product and the lack of support is very concerning.
